You may return your purchase for any reason within 10 days after receiving your merchandise for  Full Refund Or Exchange Only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached.  ALL SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Phat Pimp Clothing Co. is not responsible for misuse, mishandling or any other actions or inactions attributable to the purchaser and or carrier (United States Postal Service, UPS etc).

All returns must be pre-authorized by PHATPIMPCLOTHING.com by e-mailing a Return Request to: information @phatpimpclothing.com .   All unauthorized returns shipped to PHATPIMPCLOTHING.com will incur a 10% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please be advised that Phat Pimp Clothing does NOT guarantee delivery on or before any specific date and thus if you are planning to order an item for the holiday season, please e-mail our customer service center at:  E-mail: informataion @phatpimpclothing.com   and inquire as to the in stock/ back order status of a particular item.

Overnight orders of backordered items are sent overnight once the item is received by our warehouse.

SHIPMENT/ORDER PROCESSING:
Order processing takes approximately 24-48 hours. Next day shipments are sent either UPS or Airborne Express depending on the product. Next day service is not guaranteed by PHATPIMPCLOTHING.com.

Next day orders are sent out after order processing. No deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday, unless special arrangements are made with PHATPIMPCLOTHING.com. If next day service is selected, customer assumes all liabilities for wrong sizes, and re-shipment will be provided by PHATPIMPCLOTHING.com only at normal delivery.  Overnight orders are in no way guaranteed by PHATPIMPCLOTHING.com.  PHATPIMPCLOTHING.com will try to accommodate all overnight orders, but certain product lines are shipped from remote warehouses and will arrive a few days later. 

Normal Airborne Express/UPS shipments take 2-7 days on average after order processing. No deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday, unless special arrangement are made with PHATPIMPCLOTHING.com.

RISK OF LOSS/DELAY:
All items purchased from PHATPIMPCLOTHING.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/delay and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
