NEW YORK, New York-- It is not OK to degrade and tarnish the "good will and favorable associations the public has with AF" that is why Abercrombie & Bitch was the subject of a 'cease and desist' on April 1st, 2002.  At the time, Abercrombie was at its peak in infesting college campuses and upscale suburban high schools across the North American landmass.

Two weeks after the C&D was issued,  controversy erupted over Abercrombie shirts featuring caricatures of slanted-eyed Asians and other ethnic groups.  One shirt featured the slogan "Wong Brothers Laundry Service--Two Wongs Can Make It White" with smiling figures in rice-paddy hats, a 1900's popular-culture depiction of Chinese Immigrants.

"We personally thought Asians would love this T-shirt", said a representative of Abercrombie's PR Firm.

After insensitively dissing Asians, they graciously responded to a boycott by Asian-American student groups by discontinuing the designs.

Currently, PPC is not alone in the fight against stuck-up bitches and frat boys.  Since the Aberzombie is not without its natural enemies.  Most prominent among them are independent thought and a sense of style.  Oh snap.                                                                        (The document can be found below)
